Reading this Site, submitting a form, or sending us a message does not create a clinician–patient relationship between you and Nova Mental Health. A treatment relationship begins only once you have been formally admitted to one of our programs.
3. This Site Is Not for Emergencies
If you are in crisis, do not rely on this Site. We do not monitor this Site, its forms, or its messages continuously, and we cannot respond to emergencies through them.

14. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Nova Mental Health sends text messages about admissions enquiries, appointments, scheduling and care coordination to people who have given us their mobile number.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from us when you provide your mobile number by submitting a form on this website, by sending a text message to one of our published numbers, or by giving it to our admissions team.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry and your care.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (551) 733-2282.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
