Services available at no cost

Nova Mental Health provides, free of charge:

  • Aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, including written information in accessible formats such as large print and accessible electronic formats.
  • Interpreting and other language assistance for clients and their families whose primary language is not English, available at no cost throughout treatment. Ask any member of your care team to arrange it.

How to raise a concern

If you believe that Nova Mental Health has failed to provide these services, or has discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with:
