How Admission Works

A Compassionate, Straightforward Process

1

Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a brief, confidential conversation with one of our admissions specialists. We’ll discuss your current challenges, treatment goals, and any symptoms you’re experiencing. This helps us determine which level of care—PCP, IOP, or OP—best fits your needs.

2

Insurance Verification

Navigating insurance can be confusing. We make it simple by verifying your benefits for you and explaining what your plan covers before you begin treatment. Our team walks you through everything—no surprises, no hidden fees. You can verify your insurance here.

3

Clinical Assessment

Next, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake assessment with a licensed clinician. During this session, we take time to understand your history, symptoms, strengths, and concerns so we can build a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

4

Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on your assessment, our clinical team will recommend the appropriate program level and therapeutic services. You’ll receive a clear outline of your treatment schedule, goals, and what to expect.

5

Your First Day

When you arrive, our team will welcome you, answer questions, and guide you through your first session. Our focus is on helping you feel safe, supported, and ready to begin your path to healing.
